Following is a list of some of the most common contradictions for this specific Breathwork Technique:

➡ Cardiovascular problems including angina or heart attack

➡High or abnormal blood pressure

➡History of aneurisms

➡Epilepsy or history of seizures

➡Severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly, psicosis and paranoia

➡Bipolar Depression

➡Osteoporosis

➡Glaucoma

➡Retinal Detachment

➡Significant recent physical injury or  surgery

➡Pregnancy

**Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness, seizure disorders or for persons using major medications. People with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the Breathwork facilitator before their first session. If you have this or any other condition that might be significant please reach out directly to me to asses is this practice is suitable for you.
