In this one-of-a-kind ritual, you will have the opportunity to take the time to deeply reflect on the year that is coming to an end. It's a chance to reconnect with your inner wisdom and let go of anything that no longer serves you. By releasing these things, you will create space in your life for new visions and intentions for the upcoming year.

Liliana De Castro and Stefy Garcia will be your guides and facilitators throughout this transformative experience. They will create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore and integrate different practices. You will receive the medicine of cacao, as a plant ally to help open the heart to receiving and then embark on a Reiki Sound Journey, where the combination of intentional sound and the power of Reiki energy will leave you renewed and replenished.

In addition, you will participate in Breathwork and Movement exercises. These exercises will help you release any tension or stagnant energy in your body and mind. To fully integrate the work done throughout the day and gain clarity about your visions for the new year. An integration practice involving journaling and setting aligned intentions will be included as weel.

To enhance the heart-opening connection with your inner self, ceremonial cacao will be our ally in this experience, in order to support emotional healing and create a deeper connection with your hearts. Liliana De Castro has been cultivating a deep connection with cacao as her main plant ally, for years. Through this exploration, she has had the privilege of learning about the Mayan Cosmovision and this master plant from Guatemalan Mayan elders.
